- Currently only shipping to the United States including US Properties
- US orders under $20 are NOT tracked
Orders are process within 1-2 business days, but honestly, we usually get orders pawed and out the door much quicker.
Delivery times for letter mail depend on USPS. Typically, orders arrive within 7-10 business days, but often less. However, if USPS encounters delays, it may take up to 14 business days for delivery.
We do not accept returns, but we will gladly replace items that may arrive damaged. Please email us a photo and description of damage product.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations received after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
