Refund policy

RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept returns, but we will gladly replace items that may arrive damaged. Please email jillann@jcpetdesigns.com  a photo and description of damage product.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations received after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
