Who designs the products at JC Pet Designs?
Every single product in our shop is hand-drawn by Jillann Chaney, the founder of JC Pet Designs. Each design is 100% original and inspired by the real, joyful world of pet parenthood. When you shop here — whether it's stickers, greeting cards, art prints, or custom pet gifts — you're supporting a small, independent, one-woman creative business built entirely around love for animals.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes! Our stickers are made from high-quality waterproof vinyl, which means they hold up beautifully on water bottles, tumblers, and anywhere else that gets a little wet. They're durable, long-lasting, and designed to go wherever you go.
Are the greeting cards blank inside?
Yes! All of our greeting cards are blank inside, leaving plenty of room for your own personal message. We believe the best words come from the heart — we just make sure the outside is irresistible enough that they'll want to keep the card forever.
What occasions do your greeting cards cover?
We have hand-drawn greeting cards for birthdays, friendship and encouragement, holidays and Christmas, Valentine's Day and love, Mother's Day, Father's Day and the tender and important occasion of pet loss. If you're not sure which card is right, we're always happy to help — just reach out.
Do you offer art prints?
Yes! Our pet art prints are hand-drawn illustrations designed to bring personality and warmth to any wall. From everyday pet life to grooming-themed designs, each print is a little piece of art made for people who love their animals. Available in 5x7 and 8x10 — and if you need a larger size, just reach out!
What animals are featured in your products?
Our collection features dogs and cats as our primary focus, with a growing variety of designs for all kinds of pet lovers. Browse dog stickers, cat stickers, and non-animal stickers. Dog designs include breeds like pugs, Brussels griffons, mixed breeds, and many more. Cat designs range from playful to perfectly sassy.
What sizes do the stickers come in?

What cardstock are the greeting cards printed on?
Our greeting cards are printed on premium high-quality cardstock that feels substantial and looks beautiful. They're the kind of card you feel good about giving — and the kind of card people actually keep.
Do you offer custom products?
Yes! We love bringing your pet to life in a way that's uniquely theirs. Shipping & Orders
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on every single order, always. Because you're already doing something wonderful by supporting a small, independent, pet-loving business. We think that deserves a little something extra.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with standard shipping adding another 3–7 business days. If you need something by a specific date (we know — the dog's birthday is tomorrow), please reach out and we'll do everything we can to help.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email advising you of shipment. If your order requires more than a standard stamp then your tracking number will be included for via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love everything you receive. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's an issue with your order, please contact us right away and we will make it right. Your happiness — and your pet's approval — is our top priority.

What is JC Pet Designs?
JC Pet Designs is a small, independent stationery and gift brand created by Jillann Chaney — a lifelong animal lover, artist, and proud dog mom. Every product is hand-drawn and designed for people who love their animals like family. Our mascot and self-appointed Chief Executive Officer is Oz, a Brussels Griffon whose pawtograph appears on every greeting card. Oz and his assistant and side-kick, Rocky, personalities inspire many of our sticker designs.
Are JC Pet Designs products good gifts for pet lovers?
