  3. Jillann brings them to life — your pet is hand-drawn in her signature cartoon style, with their personality baked into every line.

  4. Printed & shipped to you — your custom card set arrives ready to send, or to keep forever. (We won't judge.)

What if I have more than one pet?

Reach out before ordering — we love multi-pet families and can discuss options for featuring more than one animal in your custom illustration.

Can I choose the caption?

Yes! With the Signature Story Option you can provide a custom caption or phrase, or let Jillann suggest one inspired by your pet's personality after reviewing your questionnaire.

How long does the process take?

Custom card sets are made with care and take longer than our ready-to-ship products. Estimated timelines generally 10-14 days and you will be updated throughout the process. If you have a deadline, please mention it in your questionnaire.

What kinds of pets can be illustrated?

Any pet you love! While JC Pet Designs is best known for dog designs and cat designs, custom illustrations are open to any animal — dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, and beyond.

Is this the same quality as your other greeting cards?

Absolutely. Your custom card set is printed on the same premium cardstock as every card in the JC Pet Designs greeting card collection — and paw-approved by Oz before it ships.

Return policy

We do not accept returns, but our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase and we are confident you will have a positive experience. However, if the product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace items. Please email a photo and description of damage product. 
Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Turnaround time is 7-10 business days, however we usually ship within 24 hours!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
