What if I have more than three pets?

Reach out before ordering — we love multi-pet families and can discuss options for featuring more than one animal in your custom illustration.

How long does the process take?

Custom card sets are made with care and take longer than our ready-to-ship products. Estimated timelines generally 14-21 days and you will be updated throughout the process. If you have a deadline, please mention it in your questionnaire.

What kinds of pets can be illustrated?

Any pet you love! While JC Pet Designs is best known for dog designs and cat designs, custom illustrations are open to any animal — dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, and beyond.
